These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Curated Design LLC, doing business as Curated by Alder & Tweed, a Utah limited liability company (“Curated,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

Information, not an offer
This website describes our services in general terms for informational purposes. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract or a guarantee. Any design, furnishing or procurement work is governed solely by a written agreement signed by you and Curated Design LLC. That agreement controls if it differs from anything on this site.
Timelines, budgets and payment terms
Timelines, budgets, the number of meetings and any payment terms described on this site reflect how a typical Curated project works. Your actual schedule, scope, pricing and payment terms are set in your signed agreement. They can depend on construction progress, site access, manufacturer lead times, shipping and other factors outside our control.
Renderings and photographs
Many images on this site are computer renderings or illustrations, created to show a design before anything is ordered or built. Photographs show past projects. Finished rooms, furnishings, materials, colors and availability may differ from what is shown. Communities and locations named on the site are places where we have worked or are working. Naming them does not mean we are currently offering services there.
Ownership
The text, photographs, renderings, videos, designs, logos and other content on this site belong to Curated, Alder & Tweed Design Co., or their licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use its content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Other companies’ names
Names of communities, developers, clubs and other companies that appear on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe our experience and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless we say so expressly.
Third-party content
This site links to, and embeds content from, websites we do not control, including 360° walkthroughs hosted by Panoraven. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site. That includes interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting false or automated inquiries, or using it to send unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
Disclaimer
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Curated, Alder & Tweed Design Co., and their owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. This section does not limit any obligation set out in a signed services agreement.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information you send through this site.
California privacy rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you rights over your personal information. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we have shared it with; to delete it; and to correct it. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
In the past 12 months we have collected only the information you send through our inquiry form: identifiers (your name, email address and phone number), general location (country, state, city and zip code) and the details you write about your project. We use it only to respond to you and to provide our services. We share it only with the service providers that run this website for us. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.
To make a request, email elise@alderandtweed.com or call 406 600 6640. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. You may also make a request through an authorized agent. Our privacy policy has more detail. You can read more about these rights at oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
